"Bolt-on" to better stay on your Dodge ProMaster Cargo Van factory steel wheel. Not necessary to remove your wheel or jack up your car. Line up the 3 smaller holes and valve stem notch on your new wheel cover with your ProMaster steel wheel. Only remove those 3 lug nuts that line up with the 3 smaller holes on the new hubcap. Once removed, line up your new hub cap's 2 larger holes with the remaining 2 lug nuts still on your wheel. Press the hubcap on. Then screw your removed three lug nuts back on and torque to factory specs. See our photos!
