Stays securely to your factory steel wheel because this hubcap is mounted under 3 of your existing lug nuts and has an all metal retention ring and all metal wheel clips (Click below to enlarge!) 
Just remove the 3 lug nuts corresponding to the hub cap, snap on the wheelcover and tighten the 3 lug nuts back on. Dodge recommends 80-90 foot pounds of torque.
