These are aftermarket Dodge Charger wheel covers that look great on the Charger. They will stay securely on your Dodge factory steel wheels because they are both "Bolt-On" and they have a 360° all metal clipping system to really hold the wheel or the 458-17c hubcap has metal clips in 2 of the lug nut openings. These are brand new direct replacement hubcaps but they are not factory OEM hubcaps.
